BIRMINGHAM BOOK EXTRAVAGANZA

on Saturday 12th September 2026.

There are four types of spaces available:

Indoor Single space (with 1.5m wide table and chair included) [£32]
Indoor Single Space (0.5m round table and chair included - only available to single title authors) [£22]
Interior Double Space (with 1.5m wide table and chair included with room to add your own additional table in a L position) [£48]
Outdoor Space (3m x 3m space applicant to provide own table, chair and gazebo) [£45]

Literary societies, co-operatives and zines - price on application.

All authors and traders will receive a response to their application within 7 days. Payment is required in full within 14 days of the invoice. If the invoice is not paid within this time the invoice will be cancelled and the pitch offered to another author/trader.

If you are applying to be a trader for the first time, please give us as much information about yourself and your product(s) as possible.

Please note: In order to keep these events as cost effective as possible and to be fair to all traders, all table bookings are made for individual use only. At our Birmingham event we do have smaller tables, but these are exclusively for authors promoting one title.
