Rosie's Retro Bazaar organises a variety of events across the West Midlands and beyond, from vintage to books and artisan to genre themed events.

TRADER FAQs

How do I apply?
Please complete an online application form via any of the links above. We aim to answer all stall applications within seven working days. If you have not heard from us please double check your spam or junk folders.

What are the stall prices and sizes?

Stall prices and space allocation varies per event, and the details can be found on the links above. Please note that inclusive tables vary per venue and this will also be detailed on the links above.

 

Can I share a table?

In order to keep these events as cost effective as possible and to be fair to all traders, all table bookings are made for individual use only. At our Birmingham event we do have smaller tables, but these are exclusively for authors promoting one title.

Is there free parking?

There is free parking for traders at Cirencester, Birmingham and Market Harborough, and we will offer you the cheapest options for parking at other venues.

 

What happens next?

If your application is successful, we will send you a confirmation and invoice letter which may ask you for further information about your enterprise. You will have ten working days to pay for your stall fees via bank transfer.

You will hear from us again approximately a week prior to the event with details including access, parking and event floor plans.
