About the event

This interactive workshop offers a deeper exploration of the practice of bibliotherapy and the many ways literature can support wellbeing, self-discovery, and personal growth.

Bibliotherapy is about far more than novels. Discover how poetry, memoir, children's books, graphic novels, and audiobooks can all become powerful therapeutic tools. Participants will be introduced to a range of bibliotherapy techniques that incorporate both reading and writing, and will have the opportunity to take part in a guided reading and reflection activity.

Through shared discussion and personal reflection, explore how stories can prompt insight, encourage conversation, and help us better understand ourselves and the world around us.

Please note: Places are limited to 12 participants to allow for a more personal and engaging experience.
