How do I apply?
Please complete an online application form via the form above. We aim to answer all stall applications within seven working days. If you have not heard from us please double check your spam or junk folders.
What are the stall prices and sizes?
Stall prices and space allocation vary per event, and the details can be found on the form above. Please note that table size may vary per venue, this is also be detailed on the form above.
Can I share a table?
In order to keep these events as cost effective as possible and to be fair to all traders, all table bookings are made for individual use only. At our Birmingham and Coventry events we do have smaller tables, but these are exclusively for authors promoting one title.
Is there free parking?
There is free parking for traders at Birmingham, and we will advise you on the cheapest options for parking at other venues.
What happens next?
If your application is successful, we will send you a confirmation and invoice letter which may ask you for further information about your enterprise. You will then have ten working days to pay your stall fee via bank transfer.
You will hear from us again approximately a week prior to the event with details about the day including access and parking as well as social media assets for the event.
