Joel Fearon is a three-time Olympian, Winter Olympic medallist, and one of the fastest 100-metre sprinters in British history. Uniquely, he is the only sub-10-second sprinter to have competed at a Winter Olympics, achieving success at the highest level in both athletics and bobsleigh.

Alongside his sporting achievements, Joel is a coach, motivational speaker, author, and passionate advocate for helping people unlock their potential. Having overcome challenges including dyslexia, ADHD, and personal loss, he shares powerful lessons on resilience, courage, self-belief, and perseverance.

As the author of Just Be Brave, Joel inspires young people to face their fears, believe in themselves, and pursue their dreams. Through school visits, corporate speaking engagements, and community projects across the UK, he continues to empower the next generation to be brave, aim high, and become the very best version of themselves
